Adam Barnum, CEO

With nearly 20 years’ experience in residential and multi-unit remodels in San Francisco and surrounding areas, Adam has a thorough understanding of the unique building challenges in bay area cities. He has extensive experience navigating building departments, including the SF Department of Building and Inspection’s strict planning requirements seamlessly, expediting this bureaucratic process better than anyone else. Adam is relentless in finding solutions to complicated, often opposing, interdepartmental requirements. It’s a priority to him that the permit process doesn’t stall projects unnecessarily. 

Adam has a business degree from Babson College.

Fun Fact: At age 17, Adam was trained and worked as a goldsmith for 12 years. 

Dan Peterson, Development Manager

Dan has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. First, a laborer and carpenter, he earned a degree in architectural drafting and estimating along with a degree in construction management. Dan rose to project executive in commercial contracting, managing jobs ranging in value from $13M - $450M.   

After a year’s deployment to Iraq, he ran the family residential contracting business for 17 years. His company specialized in the design and building new custom homes, ranging in size from 6,000 – 13,000 square feet.   

Dan has extensive knowledge of residential design, constructability review, subcontractor management, schedule development/management, project estimating, value engineering (cost saving), quality control and overall project delivery.  

Fun Fact: Dan is a high school football coach and sports radio announcer for the local radio station.  

Oliver Wong, Production Manager

Oliver has over 15 years of commercial and residential project management experience. We have come to rely on Oliver for his outstanding client communication, administrative organization, knowledge of construction processes, team management, and neighbor relations.

Fun Fact: Oliver is an avid paddle boarder and downhill skier.
