Develop the scope
The Pre-Construction Phase is a paid planning phase to cost the entire scope of the project.
A full scope of work and its cost will guarantee the most time efficient, cost effective, and successful outcome for you. As a result, change orders will be less necessary; you’ll be able to make well informed decisions about what is needed and what you want.
The Pre-Construction Phase does not obligate you to enter into a Construction Contract with Bay Build Design, and you own the results of the work performed.
This research phase reduces stress by providing the most detailed scope of work, timeline, and cost of your project; we consider it our professional responsibility to you.
If you have an architect/designer
After the Development Agreement is signed, we’ll meet by video chat with you and your representative to discuss existing structural conditions and the permitting process.
If you need an architect/designer
After the Development Agreement is signed, we’ll set up meetings with professionals whose styles we think are a good match for your vision.
stay connected
We create a personal client portal functioning as the hub of information and communication during your project. You and your representatives can upload photos, and view plans, schedules, selections, and view and approve change orders. Messages can be sent directly within the portal.
